Draft RIPE NCC General Meeting Agenda Published

Dear RIPE NCC members,

The draft agenda for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) October 2025 is now available at:

At this GM, there will be a discussion on the RIPE NCC Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2026, and a vote on whether or not to distribute the RIPE NCC 2025 surplus/deficit in 2026. The Draft Activity Plan and Budget and Draft RIPE NCC Strategy 2027-2031 will be supporting documents at the GM.

We also provide a system that allows members to propose agenda topics and associated resolutions for the upcoming GM, in accordance with the Articles of Association. You can find the agenda proposal system at:

The GM will take place from 22-24 October alongside RIPE 91 in Bucharest. All registered attendees can participate in person and remotely through the meeting platform Meetecho, a livestream and electronic voting.
