How to Vote

Voting instructions

The GM will use Assembly Voting, a third-party online voting platform. Voting requires two-factor authentication and voters will receive two emails from Assembly Voting. Once voting is open, all eligible voters with a link can access the voting pages and cast their vote.

Voting opens: Wednesday, 22 May 2024 during the GM
Voting closes: Friday, 24 May 2024 at 09:00 (UTC+2)

How to vote

Overview:
  • All registered eligible voters will receive Voting Code 2 from Assembly Voting by email. This code is identical to your GM Registration Number. Assembly Voting will send another email containing a unique link to the online voting platform and Voting Code 1 (which is pre-filled).
  • Voters need to use their unique link to access the voting platform and must enter Voting Code 2 in order to cast their vote.
  • This link will be only active when the vote is open.
Step-by-step guide:
  1. You will receive two emails from Assembly Voting. The first e-mail contains “Voting Code 2”, which is your GM Registration Number.
  2. In another email, you will receive a link to the election platform and Voting Code 1 (pre-filled). Click the ‘Vote Now’ button or link in the email to start voting.
  3. On the login screen Voting Code 1 is pre-filled, but you will need Voting Code 2 to log in.
  4. For two resolutions, you can choose Yes, No or Abstain. You must choose one option to continue. For the Executive Board election and Charging Scheme resolution, you need to choose your options in order of preference. 1 is most preferred.
  5. If you have several votes, you can assign them differently per resolution.
  6. Confirm your vote.
  7. Cast your ballot.
  8. (Optional) You can track your ballot using the tracking code on the page. Make sure to save your tracking code before closing this page.

NOTE: All votes cast at the GM are completely anonymous.

Voting results
