Participation Overview
Attending the GM
To attend the GM, fill out the registration form. You can then collect your meeting materials and voting ballots at the GM Registration Desk at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel on 14 May.
Electronic Voting
Complete the quick registration process:
Click the link in the email you receive inviting you to register to vote electronically. You will be asked to select the RegIDs you are a voting contact for and submit the form.
If you complete the registration process, you will receive an email with a link to the voting pages on the day of the GM.
Nominating and Supporting Executive Board Candidates
To nominate a candidate for the RIPE NCC Executive Board, email agm-nominations@ripe.net with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your organisation
- Your RegID
- The candidate's name
- Reason for nomination (optional)
Candidate's need five nominations/supports from RIPE NCC members to be confirmed candidates. To support a candidate, you can follow the same process - email agm-nominations@ripe.net with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your organisation
- Your RegID
- The candidate's name
- Reason for support (optional)
Proxy Voting
To nominate a proxy voter, simply fill out the proxy form and send it to the RIPE NCC by:
Emailing a scanned copy to agm@ripe.net or
Faxing it to +31 20 535 4445
Both the voting member and the nominated proxy will need to sign the form. The deadline for submitting proxy forms is 30 April 2014.
Attending Remotely
Before the GM, all RIPE NCC members will be sent an email with instructions on how to follow the GM webcast and participate in the online chat facility.
