RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2010

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2010 took place on Wednesday, 5 May 2010 from 16:00-20:30. The GM was held adjacent to the RIPE 60 Meeting, which took place from 3-7 May 2010 at the Prague Marriot Hotel in the Czech Republic.

Voting and Resolutions

Candidate members could attend the GM but were not allowed to vote according to article 16.7 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.

Members who could not attend the GM could vote by means of proxy voting, as per article 16, and by electronic voting, as per article 17.

The meeting could only pass resolutions that are submitted and published according to article 15 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.

RIPE NCC Report May 2010

The RIPE NCC reports for the GM were presented in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group on Wednesday, 5 May 2010 from 16:00-17:00. GM attendees that were not registered for the RIPE Meeting were welcome to participate in this working group session. The RIPE NCC reports hasn't been repeated in the GM.

RIPE NCC Nominations for Executive Board Seat - May 2010

In compliance with the RIPE NCC Articles of Association, the RIPE NCC called for nominations to the RIPE NCC Executive Board.

Nigel Titley and Remco van Mook were elected to RIPE NCC Executive Board
