General Meeting October 2026

You can now register for the General Meeting.

28-30 October 2026

The RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) will take place on 28-30 October 2026.

It will be held online and in person at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia in Bulgaria.

The formal, members-only session of the GM will begin at 16:00 (UTC+2) on 28 October 2026 online and in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Details of the venue where the GM will take place in person can be found on the RIPE 93 meeting website.

The meeting will follow the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session at RIPE 93.

The online meeting link to join the General Meeting will be sent to all registered attendees on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

Registration opens on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.

If you can't attend or vote at the General Meeting, you can appoint a proxy to attend and vote for you.

28 October: Voting opens at approximately 18:00 (UTC+2)

30 October: Voting closes at 09:00 (UTC+2)

30 October: General Meeting closes with voting results announcement at 10:30 (UTC+2)
