Register Now for the RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2025

Dear RIPE NCC members,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2025.

You must register by 14:00 (UTC+1) on the day of the GM, 14 May 2025.

The General Meeting will take place from 14–16 May 2025 at the Epic Sana Hotel in Lisbon, alongside the RIPE 90 Meeting, and will also be accessible online.

Members can join the meeting:
- In person at the meeting venue
- Remotely via Meetecho
- By following a livestream

Voting on resolutions and the Executive Board elections will be conducted electronically.

By registering, you can participate in discussions and cast your vote on key decisions and elections that shape the future of the RIPE NCC. The GM also provides members with an opportunity to hear about the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management.

At the upcoming GM, members will vote on:
- The Executive Board Election to fill the two seats currently filled by Ondřej Filip and Remco van Mook.
- Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2024
- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board
- The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2026

All supporting documents will be posted and announced to the membership by 16 April 2025.

If you have not registered to vote by this deadline, you will *not* be able to vote.

You can be represented by a third party who is not an authorised member contact or director of your organisation. If you wish to do this, please fill in the proxy form and send it by 30 April 2025. Any proxy form sent to us after this date will not be valid.
