RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2005
The RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2005 was held Thursday, 13 October 2005 adjacent to the RIPE 51 Meeting at the Krasnapolsky Hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
There were 51 attendees excluding RIPE NCC staff and observers from the other Regional Internet Registries.

There were 51 attendees excluding RIPE NCC staff and observers from the other Regional Internet Registries.
The RIPE NCC members unanimously approved the Charging Scheme 2006.
Candidate members were allowed to attend this meeting but could not vote, according to article [16.3] of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association. Members who were not able to attend were able to vote by proxy. This is explained in article [16.4]. The meeting could only pass resolutions that had been submitted and published according to articles [15.3] and [15.4].
The RIPE NCC reporting for the GM was presented in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group on Thursday from 16:00-17:00. GM attendees that had not registered for the RIPE Meeting were welcome to participate in this Working Group session during the RIPE 51 Meeting. The RIPE NCC reports were not repeated in the GM.
