Apparently, there is a bug that prevents nested multipart/signed MIME
bodies to be parsed correctly.  The DB people are working on it.  (The
workaround [or, rather, alternative] is to use text/plain with clear
signatures; thanks to Engin Gunduz for pointing this out). I don't think
this issue is worth a 20 min slot. Maybe a short update on the state of the
affair by someone of the DB group, if anything at all (there's not much
point in discussing a bug).  The only input I have is to make the 
documentation on this a bit clearer :-)
