We offer several ways for our members and the RIPE community to receive support from the RIPE NCC. In this section, you can find out how to contact the RIPE NCC to get assistance with your Internet number resources, get in touch with one of our staff about your membership matters, learn about how you can enrich your knowledge through our many training resources, find documentation and learn about what you can do to report spam, hacking and phishing.

Can't make one of our training courses in person?

We provide different kinds of e-learning courses to fit your needs. You can watch one of our training videos or register for an interactive webinar.

We offer several courses to RIPE NCC members throughout our service region on being an LIR, IPv6, routing, the RIPE Database and DNSSEC. Find out if we'll be in your area soon and register for a course.
