Roundtable Meetings

The RIPE NCC hosts Roundtable Meetings to discuss Internet management issues relevant to government, regulators and industry partners. The agenda generally includes presentations relating to IP address management, policy-making, Internet governance and RIPE NCC technical activities.

The Roundtable Meeting for Governments and Regulators (South East Europe) will be held on 22 April 2024 in Athens.

Previous Meetings

The last RIPE NCC was held in Brussels, Belgium, on 20 February 2024.

Meeting Content

These meetings keep governments and regulators informed on current issues surrounding the governance and operation of the Internet, including:

  • IPv6 adoption
  • Depletion of the IPv4 address pool
  • Internet resource certification (RPKI)
  • Internet statistics and analysis
  • Internet governance

Who Can Attend?

Attendance at Roundtable meetings is limited to representatives of government and regulators in the RIPE NCC service region.
