Looks good to me. As long as a good synergy between IP/CIDR and CLNS/NSAP is
possible, I am satisfied. 

As I already have said many times, the authorization of changes is in my idea
even more essential for keeping a good database. I know that all earlier
problems with CLNS routing, can be traced back because of these problems.
