John, You know I am the author of the current ARIN transfer policy. Why clutter the RIPE list with this nonsense? I voiced my support of 2013-03 and addressed the counter-argument related to inter-regional transfers. This will end my replies. Mike - It's probably best to address those in the community interested in ARIN policy (i.e. "policymakers at ARIN") via the ARIN Public Policy Mailing List (ppml); that's where policy-related ideas and issues surrounding ARIN policies are discussed by the community, and hence where such notice should be made. To submit a policy proposal for discussion, please follow the directions here - <https://www.arin.net/participate/how_to_participate.html> (Any folks in the RIPE community interested in such discussions are quite welcome to participate on the ppml mailing list.) Thanks! /John John Curran President and CEO ARIN
