Minutes 122nd Executive Board Meeting

1. Distribution of functions within the RIPE NCC Executive Board

After the election of Ondrej Filip and the re-election of Remco van Mook, the

RIPE NCC Executive Board members present agreed to assign the functions until next Executive Board meeting in June 2019 as follows:

• Christian Kaufmann, Chairman
• Remco van Mook, Treasurer
• Piotr Strzyzewski, Secretary
• Salam Yamout, ICANN Liaison
• Falk von Bornstaedt, Member
• Maria Häll, Member
• Ondrej Filip, Member

The Executive Board will confirm the functions at the next Executive Board Meeting on 21 June 2019.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 10:55 local time (UTC).
