The Chairman opened the meeting at 12:00 (UTC+1).

1. RIPE 80 Meeting Berlin

Resolution EB#131-R-01:
After consultation with the RIPE Chair who in turn consulted with the Working Group Chairs, the RIPE NCC Executive Board resolves that the RIPE 80 Meeting that was scheduled to be held in Berlin from 11-15 May 2020 will be a virtual meeting with a reduced programme due to the situation with COVID-19.

The RIPE NCC Executive Board unanimously adopted the resolution.

The RIPE NCC Executive Board tasked the RIPE NCC with investigating the best way to implement and facilitate a virtual RIPE Meeting.

2. RIPE NCC General Meeting May 2020

Resolution EB#131-R-02:
The RIPE NCC Executive Board resolves that the RIPE NCC General Meeting will take place as scheduled from 13-15 May 2020 and it will be facilitated remotely.

The RIPE NCC Executive Board unanimously adopted the resolution.

The RIPE NCC Executive Board tasked the RIPE NCC with planning to allow full remote participation in the RIPE NCC General Meeting, including voting electronically and participating in discussions.

3. Extending the payment timeframe for 2020 invoices for existing members

The RIPE NCC Executive Board discussed options how to extend the payment time frame for payments of our members, responding to requests from members who have difficulties in paying their invoice due to the COVID-19 circumstances.

The RIPE NCC will present a revised proposal for discussion and adoption at the next RIPE NCC Executive Board meeting on 26 March 2020.

The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 13:00 (UTC+1).
