GRNOG 16
GRNOG 16 (19 April 2024) is organised by the Greek Network Operators Group (GRNOG), a community of professionals involved in the design, implementation, provisioning, and operation of Greek Internet services, networks, and infrastructure. The meeting will feature a variety of talks, presentations and discussions from experts, and attendants will have the opportunity to share ideas with their peers and discuss the latest trends and developments in the field of Internet network operation. The event is free to attend.
EARN 2024
EARN 2024 is a 2-day (20-21 April 2024) conference to celebrate the 40th anniversary of EARN, the European Academic and Research Network, started in 1984 as the first multi-vendor computer communications network in Europe – before the Internet became widely available. The conference will focus on marking the importance of EARN in the development of networking in the European region, meeting up with EARN colleagues and those interested in the history of computer networks to share ideas, lessons made, and memories, and give EARN 2024 attendants a chance to participate in the RIPE meeting and learn even more about computer networking in Europe in the 21st century. Attendance at the EARN 2024 conference is free of charge.
RIPE NCC South East European Roundtable for Governments and Regulators
Held alongside SEE 12 on 22 April 2024, this invitation-only roundtable meeting will bring together government bodies and regulators. Discussions will focus on supporting Internet development in the SEE region, including Internet governance evolution, the EU Cyber Resilience Act and IPv6 success stories.
