[regional-ukraine] Final billing Ukraine documents and Q3 invoicing

Dear colleagues,

Hereby I send you the final version of the Ukrainian billing documents 
as reviewed by our Ukrainian lawyers.

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to update our existing billing 
software with these new documents. Therefore, we can only manually 
process these documents. For the Q3 invoice we will initially send you 
the invoice in the original template. You can request to have the new 
set of documents send to you when necessary.
