Event to feature workshops and plenary sessions to boost Middle East’s Internet Infrastructure

THE FIRST Central Asia Peering and Interconnection Forum (CAPIF 1) will be held in Almaty to support regional Internet interconnection and drive Internet growth across Central Asia.

The RIPE NCC and the Arab Information & Communication Technologies Organization (AICTO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 28 September 2022.

The RIPE Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC), in collaboration with the Communications and Media Commission in Iraq (CMC), successfully organized the 5th edition of the RIPE NCC Government Roundtable dedicated to Arab ICT ministries and regulators in the Middle East region on Monday, 13 December. The meeting was held virtually under the theme, “Internet in a Changing Environment”.
