Unreferenced Person/Role Objects

Person and role objects are currently the majority of the objects in the database, although most of them are not needed for database operational purposes, thus unreferenced from other objects. These kinds of objects occupy space, and is also a threat to personal privacy.

Example:

If a whois -ipn < nic_hdl > query gives no results, that person object is unreferenced.
