This document sets out a clear direction for the coming years, allowing us to set priorities and drive our organisation forward for the benefit of our stakeholders. We have carried out work internally to reach this stage of the process.

The publication of this draft marks the start of the membership and community consultation phase. Your feedback is essential in shaping the final strategy.

Contribute to the Strategy Consultation

The RIPE NCC can only succeed with clear guidance from our members and community. We invite your input to help shape our direction for the coming five years.

Our consultation with the RIPE community takes place on the RIPE NCC Services Working Group list, and we will continue to discuss with the community at the upcoming RIPE 92 Meeting in Edinburgh and online from 18-22 May 2026.

Consultations Held

We held an online Open House on Thursday, 9 October to discuss the draft strategy and give input directly to the RIPE NCC.

RIPE NCC members provided their input on the RIPE NCC Membership Discussion mailing list, as well as in discussions with the RIPE community at RIPE 91 in Bucharest from 20-24 October 2025.

We provided a consultation survey for members to give us further input on how our members would like to see our services develop in the coming years, as well as on the services and activities that their membership fees fund.

This survey was accessible to members through RIPE NCC Access account sign-ins. The results of the survey were anonymised and used to drive discussions and provide guidance.
