A session to introduce local NOGs, address issues of interest and share knowledge and best practices.

Thursday, 21 July | 10:00-11:30 UTC |12:00-13:30 CEST

We hosted another RIPE NCC Open House for Network Operator Groups (NOGs) organisers and other interested parties to interact with each other. The main goals were to introduce local NOGs, address issues of interest and share knowledge and best practices with the community.

Many of the national and regional communities are driven by local NOGs. This RIPE NCC Open House aimed to bring all parties together to facilitate exchange between NOGs, speakers and anyone interested.

The main topics were lessons from recent NOG meetings, tools and technologies. The participants also discussed the planned survey for NOG Organisers and NOG participants and other issues around the theme of organising NOGs.
