We distribute Internet number resources - IP addresses and ASNs - to our members and provide tools to help them manage their allocations and assignments. If you are a RIPE NCC member, log in to the LIR Portal to manage your resources.
If your organisation needs IPv6 address space and AS Numbers, and/or makes assignments to End Users or customers, you should become a RIPE NCC member.
Membership InformationDo you need to transfer resources due to a change in business structure (e.g. merger, acquisition)? Learn more about how to update your information and transfer your resources to the new structure.
Transfers and MergersThe RIPE Database contains registration information for networks in the RIPE NCC service region and related contact details.
RIPE DatabaseInternet number resources obtained prior to or otherwise outside the current hierarchical Internet registry system are considered legacy resources.
Legacy Resource HoldersAt the RIPE NCC, we allocate blocks of IP addresses to ISPs and other organisations, but we have no involvement in how these addresses are used by their users.
However, we can help you find out who is abusing your network by providing you with the relevant network operator contact details.

While we have run out of IPv4 addresses, RIPE NCC members can still request a single /24 allocation (256 addresses). These requests are added to a waiting list and processed when we recover IPv4 addresses in the future.
To make an IPv4 request, you will need to become a member of the RIPE NCC. Existing members can only submit a request if they have never received an IPv4allocation from the RIPE NCC before (of any size).
