Noelle Starliper

Noelle is a Junior Event Organiser and a member of the Community & Engagement team at RIPE NCC. Originally from Texas, she has lived in Amsterdam for the past ten years and joined RIPE NCC in August 2017. After several years in the Central Support team, she transitioned to her current role as Event Organiser in 2025.

In her role, Noelle is responsible for planning and coordinating events and training courses for RIPE NCC. She is also an active member of the Social Team, where she helps organise internal events, including monthly gatherings, in-between events, the annual Christmas party, Sinterklaas celebrations, and the summer outing.

Noelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University and is committed to continuous learning. She has recently completed courses in digital marketing, social media marketing, and event management.
