Facilities, Administration and Reception

Carolien is the Director of HR and Administration and leads the two teams in these domains.

She is responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's human resource strategy to attract, develop and retain talented employees to achieve current and future business objectives.

She is also responsible for maintaining and improving office facilities and ensuring the delivery of organisational (administrative) support.
