Kajal Ince

Kajal is an experienced events organiser at RIPE NCC, where she is responsible for
coordinating the Autumn RIPE Meetings and the SEE Regional Meetings. From
initial planning to on-site execution, she ensures every event runs seamlessly and
delivers a high-quality experience for all participants.

Originally from South Africa, Kajal brings a diverse international background,
including experience working in London’s luxury hotel sector as an events
professional. Her strong communication and organisational skills, combined with her
passion for bringing people together, make her a key contributor to the success of
RIPE NCC’s events.

Kajal holds a qualification in Public Relations and Communications, which supports
her ability to engage effectively with a diverse global community and foster
meaningful connections within the RIPE community.
