Planning the return and delivering our face-to-face training sessions |
Work started in Q1 2022 and completed in Q2 2022. After two years of delivering training sessions fully remotely, we updated updating our materials to prepare for the face-to-face training sessions scheduled to take place in Q2.We also made adjustments to our processes and communication with participants. After updating our materials, adapting processes and changing our communication with participants, face-to-face training has returned and new sessions are being scheduled across our region. Our schedule is published in the LIR Portal. |
