The RIPE NCC Executive Board held its 173rd Meeting via email over 21-29 December 2023. The minutes are now available.
The Executive Board publishes the minutes of its meetings so that the workings of the Board and the decisions it makes are transparent to the membership it represents. The main agenda item for this meeting was the implementation of the RIPE Policy Proposal 2023-03 "Voluntary Transfer Lock”, which required amending the following RIPE NCC Procedural Documents:

The RIPE NCC Executive Board approves the amendments to the RIPE NCC procedural documents “Transfer of Internet Number Resources and Change of a Member’s Official Legal Name” and “Independent Internet Number Resources – Contractual Relationship Changes Between Sponsoring LIR and End User”.
