On Thursday, 2 December 2021, the RIPE NCC held a virtual meeting for government representatives and regulators from Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia.
More than 50 participants joined the meeting which featured presentations on IPv6 development, an overview on regional initiatives and a look at what’s on the global Internet governance agenda, as well as an update from RIPE NCC Managing Director Hans Petter Holen.
Our Roundtable Meetings offer the opportunity for government officials and regulators to discuss and exchange thoughts on Internet governance issues relevant to the Internet community. Roundtable Meetings have been held since 2005 throughout our service region and have been virtual for the last year.
