New Functionality for Managing Support Tickets

We have recently deployed new functionality for managing support tickets in the LIR Portal.

The new functionality can be accessed via the 'Tickets' section of the LIR Portal.

Following feedback from the community in 2021, we have expanded the scope of tickets visible to include tickets that have recently been closed. We have added additional details including, but not limited to, the status of a ticket, the ticket history, and an indication of when there was last activity on a ticket. More detailed information about this functionality can be found on RIPE Labs.

We are keen to hear what our members think about these improvements. Let us know below the article on RIPE Labs or on the RIPE NCC Membership discussion list at members-discuss [at] ripe [dot] net.

The new functionality will be included in our quarterly usability testing of the LIR Portal and, if there is sufficient interest, we will schedule an Open House event to continue the conversation.
