The account statement is not an invoice but an informative statement that includes a detailed specification of the fee to be paid in 2016. The invoices are scheduled to be sent to members on 19 January 2016.
At the RIPE NCC General Meeting in November 2015, the membership voted to approve a redistribution of the 2015 RIPE NCC surplus to the members. The redistribution will appear as a discount on the 2016 account statement - it will not be refunded separately to members.
