Internet Measurement Day

The Internet Measurement Day is a series of events organised by the RIPE NCC and ICANN promoting Internet measurement tools to local communities across the RIPE NCC service region.

During the event, network operators, ccTLDs, researchers, regulators and other stakeholders share experience, tools and best practices on how to measure the Internet.

The tools discussed include RIPE Atlas, the ITHI MetricsRISRPKI and RIPE NCC’s open data platform RIPEstat.

These events are free of charge and open to everyone. You do not need to be a member to attend.

The first IMD took place in Armenia in 2021 with the support of the Internet Governance Council of Armenia. The IMD in Czech Republic took place in December 2021 with the support of CZ.NIC. The IMD in Georgia took place in February 2022 with the support of the Georgian National Communications Commission.
