Open House NOGs

Network Operator Groups (NOGs) are at the heart of many national and regional Internet communities. These local groups play a vital role in bringing technical communities together, fostering collaboration, and supporting knowledge sharing across the RIPE NCC service region.

In this upcoming RIPE NCC Open House, we will bring together NOG organisers and community members for an open discussion and exchange of ideas. The session will provide a platform to introduce different local NOGs, highlight their activities, and discuss common challenges and opportunities.

Participants will have the chance to share experiences, explore collaboration possibilities, and talk about best practices in running community-driven events and initiatives. Whether you’re part of a well-established NOG or just starting one, this session will be a valuable opportunity to connect with peers and strengthen community ties.

We will also introduce our plans for a RIPE NCC NOG Survey and invite feedback and collaboration from organisers across the region. Your input will help shape the survey and ensure it reflects the real needs and experiences of local NOG communities.
