This document relates to the policy proposal 2023-03, “Voluntary Transfer Lock”. If approved, it will create a new policy document “Voluntary Transfer Lock” and modify Sections 2.0, 2.2 and 3.1 in the policy document ripe-682, “RIPE Resource Transfer Policies”.
