Our latest Quarterly Sanctions Transparency Report (Q4 2025) is now available. These reports provide data on how RIPE NCC members, End Users and legacy resource holders are affected by sanctions, while respecting their confidentiality and privacy.
Since our last report, one member and one End User were identified as subject to EU sanctions applicable to our services and their resources were frozen according to our sanctions procedure. Five members and two End Users have been marked as “on hold”. We were able to clear the “on hold” status for another End User and so their resources were unfrozen.
