Our latest Quarterly Sanctions Transparency Report (Q3 2025) is now available. These reports provide data on how RIPE NCC members, End Users and legacy resource holders are affected by sanctions, while respecting their confidentiality and privacy.
Since our last report, two End Users have been marked as ‘on hold’, which means their resources were frozen according to our sanction procedures. EU sanctions on one member have also been lifted and so we removed the restrictions previously applied to the registration of their resources.
