This MoU is the next step in the Czech Republic’s plans to strengthen Internet operations, following the country’s decision to provide government services only on IPv6 by 6 June 2032. At RIPE 89 in Prague, the RIPE NCC and the CTU met to discuss the transition to IPv6 and the ways that the RIPE NCC can support this effort. Going forward, the two parties will collaborate on capacity-building activities to further improve the resilience and stability of the Internet in the Czech Republic.
