Register Now for the General Meeting October 2025

Registration is now open for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) October 2025, taking place 22-24 October 2025.

The meeting will be held online for remote participants and onsite in Bucharest, Romania, at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel, alongside RIPE 91.

What's happening at this GM

At this GM, we will discuss the Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2026, outlining our proposed plans for the coming year and how we intend to resource them.

All supporting documents, the full agenda and proposed resolutions will be published by 8 October 2025.

Register so you can:

- Vote electronically on GM resolutions
- Follow the meeting via livestream
- Take part in the chat

To vote, you must register by 22 October at 14:00 (UTC+3).
To vote by proxy, submit the proxy form by 8 October.
