Register Now for the General Meeting May 2026
Registration is now open for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) taking place 20-22 May 2026.
The meeting will be held online for remote participants and onsite at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre alongside RIPE 92.

Register so you can:
- Join us in Bucharest and/or participate remotely via Meetecho
- Vote on GM resolutions and the Executive Board election
- Follow the meeting via livestream
- Take part in the chat
What's happening at the GM
At the upcoming GM, members will vote on:
- The Executive Board Election to fill the three seats currently filled by Maria Häll, Raymond Jetten and Harald A. Summa
- Charging Scheme Models
- Appointment of arbiters to the Arbiters Panel
- Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2025
- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board
Supporting documents, the agenda and proposed resolutions will be published by 22 April 2026.
Deadlines
To vote, you must register by 20 May at 14:00 (UTC+1).
To vote by proxy, submit the proxy form by 6 May.
