1. Organisational Update
Draft RIPE NCC Strategy 2027-2031
Hans Petter Holen presented on the Draft RIPE NCC Strategy 2027-2031 at the RIPE 91 Meeting and we received lots of great feedback that we’ll use to develop our key strategic document for the coming years. We also held an interactive BoF session to discuss the strategy with members and community. If you would like to add your input, please check out the document and fill in the member consultation survey.
General Meeting October and Redistribution Vote
The membership approved the redistribution of the excess contribution/deficit paid in the financial year 2025. Members can expect an average reduction of approximately EUR 136 on their invoices in 2026. A total of 801 votes were cast and the full voting report is available.
French and Ukrainian in Language Centre
We’re happy to announce that we have added French and Ukrainian to the list of languages we cover in our Language Centre. Sections covering Registry, governance, billing, training and other content useful for our members is available.
Information Security Report
On 3 October 2025, we were informed that a user on an underground forum had posted a message claiming to have breached the RIPE NCC. We have since checked our systems for exploitable vulnerabilities and for signs of compromise internally and found no evidence of unauthorised access.

RIPE NCC signs new MoU with EuroISPA
The RIPE NCC and EuroISPA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalise cooperation in support of Internet stability in Europe.

RIPE PDP Update
Proposal 2025-02, "Revocation of Persistently Non-functional Delegated RPKI CAs" has been accepted and is currently under implementation. The new RIPE Document is called ripe-847 and is available.
