The NRO NC started the process of updating and strengthening 'ICP-2: Criteria for Establishment of New Regional Internet Registries' in 2024. In August this year, the NRO NC delivered its recommended draft document, the "ASO AC Recommended Draft RIR Governance Document.
At this Open House session, NRO NC members Hervé Clément, Constanze Bürger and Andrei Robachevsky will provide an overview of the rationale for the latest draft and explain the key changes from Version 2.
