On 3 October 2025, we were informed that a user on an underground forum had posted a message claiming to have breached the RIPE NCC. The user advertised that they were selling both data and internal access to RIPE NCC systems.
We have since checked our systems for exploitable vulnerabilities and for signs of compromise internally. Our investigation has found no evidence of unauthorised access or a data breach of any RIPE NCC systems. We continue to monitor for any related activity and remain committed to protecting the security of our systems and data.
