General Meeting May 2025: Registration and Call for Nominations Open

Registration Open

Members can now register to attend and vote at the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) taking place over 14-16 May 2025.

The RIPE NCC General Meeting will take place from 14 - 16 May 2025 at the Epic Sana Hotel in Lisbon and online.

Members can also attend online and follow the General Meeting via livestream, participate via chat, and vote on resolutions and the Executive Board elections electronically.

The General Meeting provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management.

At the upcoming GM, members can vote on:

  • The Executive Board Election
  • Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2024
  • Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board
  • The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2026

Registration for the General Meeting is open until 14:00 (UTC+1) on the day of the GM, 14 May 2025. Find out how to register for the General Meeting.

Call for Nominations Open

Nominations are now open for candidates to stand in the upcoming RIPE NCC Executive Board election.

There will be an election to fill two seats at the RIPE NCC General Meeting. Each seat is for a three-year term and ends in May 2028. At the meeting, members will vote to fill the seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board currently filled by Ondřej Filip and Remco van Mook.

A person requires nominations from at least five RIPE NCC members, among other legal criteria, to become a candidate in the election.

Nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, 23 April 2025 at 23:59 (UTC).
