Executive Board Code of Conduct Violation Report Privacy and Confidentiality Terms

The Executive Board Election Code of Conduct Team (CoC Team) does not have to share the details of their evaluation, unless this evaluation leads to the disqualification of a candidate.

Personal Data

For the purposes of this evaluation the CoC Team requires your full name (first and last). If you send this report on behalf of a specific RIPE NCC member, the CoC Team requires the legal name of this member.

The reason this personal data is required is to allow the CoC Team to investigate your report as appropriate. For this reason, the CoC Team asks for your informed and unambiguous consent to use your personal data. If, at any time, you wish to withdraw your consent on this type of processing, please inform the CoC Team accordingly by sending an email to <[email protected]>.

Your personal data will only be used for the purposes described above and will not be communicated to any third parties, unless the CoC Team receives your informed and unambiguous consent for this communication.

If the candidate you report is not disqualified, the CoC Team will delete your data without undue delay once the period to raise any objections against the draft minutes of the General Meeting has lapsed.

If the candidate you report is disqualified, and the candidate challenges this disqualification, the CoC Team will delete your data once the decision for this disqualification can no longer be challenged.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request rectification and erasure of your personal data.

If you wish to know which of your personal data the CoC Team is processing, you may request this in written form. We will process your request within four weeks from the date on which the CoC Team receives your request.

In case your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, please ask the CoC Team to make the necessary updates by sending an email to <[email protected]>.

Confidentiality

In order for the CoC Team to investigate your report, the CoC Team may have to share some of the information you provide (excluding your personal data) with the party the report is about.

If the candidate you report is disqualified, the CoC Team may have to share some of the information you provide (excluding your personal data) with the RIPE NCC members and other third parties.

If the candidate you report is not disqualified, the CoC Team will use some of the information you provide for the creation of an anonymous public report, after the period to raise any objections against the draft minutes of the General Meeting has lapsed.
