There is a new live chat feature on ripe.net and the LIR Portal. The new feature allows website visitors to get immediate support via a handy chat window.
The chat function has been rolled out to help members communicate quickly and easily with support through offering a real-time service online. By encouraging people to use the quick chat function for simple enquiries, we can also focus on more complicated enquiries sent via our ticketing system.
The chat function is available Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:00 (CET) and Friday 09:00-16:00 (CET) except bank holidays.
