Members can now register to participate in and vote electronically at the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) taking place over 22-24 May 2024.
The GM will take place at the Metropolo Hotel by Golden Tulip in Kraków adjacent to the RIPE 88 meeting. Members can also participate remotely and follow the GM via livestream, participate via chat, and vote on resolutions and the Executive Board elections electronically.
The GM provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management.
At the upcoming GM, members can vote on:
- The Executive Board Election to fill two seats
- Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2023
- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board
- The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2025
At this GM, members will vote to fill two seats on the RIPE NCC Executive Board currently filled by Piotr Strzyżewski and Job Snijders, each of which is a for a three-year term. A nomination for the appointment of a member of the Executive Board requires the support of at least five RIPE NCC members. Nominations and support submissions must be submitted by Wednesday, 1 May 2024 at 23:59 (UTC).
Registration for the GM will remain open until 14:00 (UTC+2) on the day of the GM, 22 May 2024.
