RIPE NCC Certified Professionals has launched its third exam – IPv6 Security Expert, which certifies the capability of designing a high-level strategy to protect an IPv6 network against common threats. The exam tests the ability to identify, analyse and counter common IPv6 security threats, using mitigation techniques.
A new IPv6 Security e-learning course in the RIPE NCC Academy is now available. This course is aligned with the exam and is self-paced.
With the uptake in IPv6 adoption, we hope to see more network operators using the necessary security measures when using IPv6 and following best practices.
