Whether or not you are selected for sponsored travel, we will keep your name and/or other information (such as country of residence) for a period longer than the duration of the relevant RIPE NCC organised event. The purpose of this is to maintain an administrative record of the applications received for sponsored travel and to make it possible for us to communicate with applicants regarding expense claim reimbursement, administrative matters etc.
