The Executive Board publishes the minutes of its meetings so that the workings of the Board and the decisions it makes are transparent for the membership that it represents.

- The Board approved the RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2017 and asked that it be published for the membership
- The Board declared that new membership applications from related legal entities would be processed according to the additional LIR account procedure whereby one application is processed at a time
- The Board approved the updated RIPE NCC Treasury Statute
- The Board reviewed the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme discussion on the RIPE NCC Members Discuss mailing list and at the RIPE NCC General Meeting October 2016
