Association of Legal Entities "Association of Telecom Operators" is an independent platform uniting different categories of telecommunication operators in Kyrgyzstan. Its purpose is to coordinate the activities of its members, represent and protect their common interests in the field of telecommunications, including in the implementation of telecommunication technologies in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as promoting the development of the Internet in the country.

Founded in 1992, the RIPE NCC is the oldest and largest of the five Regional Internet Registries (RIRs).

  • As a not-for-profit membership organisation, it administers Internet number resources to more than 20,000 members in Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia.
