To register, go to my.ripe.net. Click on General Meeting on the left-hand menu and follow the instructions. One person from each member organisation is entitled to vote at the GM. The organisation must have been a RIPE NCC member for longer than six months.
The deadline to register for voting is 26 October 2022 at 14:30 (UTC+2).
The GM will use Assembly Voting, a third-party online voting platform. Electronic voting now requires two-factor authentication and voters will receive two emails - one from the RIPE NCC and one from Assembly Voting. Once voting is open, all eligible voters with a link can access the voting pages and cast their vote.
Voting opens: Wednesday, 26 October during the GM
Voting closes: Friday, 28 October at 09:00 (UTC+2)

The online system provides end-to-end verifiability, two-factor authentication, a digital bulletin board, encrypted vote. There is also an opening and closing key ceremony where an election can only be opened with all key holders present, including an independent observer.

The Chair of the RIPE NCC Executive Board will open voting during the GM on Wednesday, 26 October.
Members can cast their electronic votes until 09:00 (UTC+2) on Friday, 28 October 2022. Members who have chosen to vote with a paper ballot must hand these in before they leave the room.
NOTE: All votes cast at the GM are completely anonymous.
The Chair of the RIPE NCC Executive Board will announce the results of the voting on the resolutions via a live stream at 10:30 (UTC+2) on Friday, 28 October 2022.
