This proposal aims to reduce the default size of IPv4 assignments for IXPs from a /24 to /26. In this version, IXPs are not required to implement the exchange of IPv4 routing information over IPv6 before requesting an assignment larger than a /24. Organisational Update -- Voting Registration for the RIPE NCC General Meeting Registration is open for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) taking place alongside RIPE 86 from 24-26 May in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. At the GM, members will be able to vote on the RIPE NCC Executive Board election, the Charging Scheme 2024, the adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2022 and the discharge of the Executive Board. We are reviewing the proposed models in light of the discussion at this Open House and on our mailing lists.
